The Fauci Diaries: What the Media Won’t Tell You About COVID Accountability and Your Money

The Story the Media Is Burying

The Fauci Diaries are out. And if you’re waiting for your favorite cable news network to give this story the time it deserves, don’t hold your breath. You might catch Rand Paul popping up on News Nation or Fox Business for a few minutes, but it won’t be during prime time, and it won’t go deep. Why? Because the moment you start following the pharmaceutical advertising dollars, you understand exactly why these networks treat this story like it’s radioactive.

I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it. Go look for yourself. Pull up the numbers on how much pharmaceutical companies spend on television advertising. Then ask yourself a simple question: do you think those networks are going to spend serious airtime investigating the industry that keeps their lights on? The answer is obvious.

What the Diaries Actually Reveal

I went through some of this material, and I’ll be honest, parts of it made me want to put my fist through a wall. Not because any of it surprised me. It didn’t. Not even slightly. What’s heartbreaking is that so much of what we talked about on this show for years is now just sitting right there in black and white, laid out for anyone willing to look.

Here’s one entry that stood out. March 16, 2020. Fauci writes about being proud of pushing the aggressive fifteen-day mitigation strategy. The guidelines. Close the bars, close the restaurants, close the schools, no visitors to nursing homes. He’s practically bragging about it. And then, almost in the same breath, he notes that the press conference was highly attended and the stock market dropped three thousand points, the biggest percentage drop in history.

He’s bragging about that. Think about what that means for a moment.

  • Millions of small business owners wiped out
  • Retirement accounts crushed in a single session
  • Families separated from elderly loved ones in nursing homes
  • Children pulled out of schools with consequences we’re still measuring

And the architect of those decisions is writing about it like it’s a personal achievement.

The Money Never Stopped Flowing

Here’s what should make every taxpayer furious. While all of this accountability debate is swirling, the COVID vaccine contracts keep rolling in. The Trump administration just awarded Pfizer contracts worth one point two four billion dollars for COVID-19 vaccines through fiscal 2027, including hundreds of millions for pediatric doses.

I have to ask. Who exactly is still lining up for these shots? And why are we committing over a billion dollars to pediatric doses for a virus that posed minimal risk to healthy children even at the height of the pandemic?

The answer isn’t hard to find when you follow the money:

  • Pfizer collects the government contract money
  • That money funds lobbyists
  • Those lobbyists distribute it to politicians on both sides of the aisle
  • And the cycle continues regardless of which party controls the White House

Why Justice Is Unlikely

Fauci is supposed to testify. He did receive an auto-pen pardon. Am I confident that any real accountability follows? Not even slightly. We’ve seen this pattern before with the Epstein files. There’s noise, there’s outrage, and then nothing happens. The Republican Party has had multiple opportunities to deliver real answers to the American public, and they keep coming up short.

The uncomfortable truth is that COVID, as a political and financial machine, made a lot of people on both sides of the aisle very wealthy. That’s not a conspiracy theory. That’s just how the money flows in Washington.

What You Should Take Away

If you’re an investor or someone trying to protect your financial future, here’s what this entire story illustrates:

  • Never trust a single source. The media has financial conflicts of interest that shape what they cover and how they cover it.
  • Follow the money first. Whether it’s a government policy, a medical recommendation, or an investment pitch, ask who benefits financially.
  • Institutional credibility is not the same as accuracy. The people with the biggest platforms and the most impressive titles got enormous amounts of this wrong.

The Fauci Diaries deserve serious scrutiny. The financial and human cost of the decisions documented in those pages was staggering. And the fact that most Americans will never hear about this in any meaningful depth tells you everything you need to know about the media landscape we’re navigating.
